Columbus Clinic,
The Columbus Clinic Centre is a religious healthcare facility that was established in Milan in the 1940s when the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus purchased the building in Via Buonarroti, designed by architect Sommaruga. They entrusted architect Giò Ponti with the expansion project to convert the building into a nursing home. Recent renovation works carried out in the inpatients’ wards confirmed the management’s intention to create an environment that merges comfort and professionalism.
